When Straight up LLC was formed our first project was to write TopShelf RBS, a program for employees in on-premise establishments, to be certified in our home state of Tennessee. Our ultimate goal with TopShelf RBS is to seek certification nationwide. We are excited that we have begun acheiving this goal with our recent certification by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. We are now actively seeking new instructors to hold classes in Alabama. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a TopShelf Instructor. |

Straight up LLC and TopShelf RBS have moved to a new location near downtown Knoxville. Our new office and Education Center are now located at 1545 Western Avenue, Suite 110, Knoxville TN 37921.

The Tennessee Grocers & Convenience Store Association is pleased to announce that TopShelf has been endorsed as the association’s preferred Responsible Vendor Training Program. TopShelf was the first public training program certified by the Tennessee ABC. |

A customer walks up to the register at a local grocery store and places a 12-pack of beer on the counter. Within seconds, the store clerk must make several decisions before ringing up the order.
