TopShelf Responsible Beverage Service/Sales programs are distributed by Straight up, LLC, formed in 1994.

The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission approved the first program, “TopShelf Responsible Beverage Service” for On-Premise, in December 2004. Since that time TopShelf has rapidly grown to become the number one program used by restaurants and liquor by the drink establishments throughout Tennessee.
